Conceived in 1991, years of experience and expertise have been distilled into a set of process based procedures covering the fundamental activities set out in our procedure index.
This long standing and highly developed quality management system has been implemented throughout the Group, ensuring we deliver the highest quality of service and product to clients across the globe.
The health and safety of our personnel and the wider population is at the forefront of our working practices and, whilst risk is a part of life, we do all we can to eliminate or minimise the risks of injury or ill health as a result of our operational practices. In order to assist in this goal, health and safety management systems have been developed and implemented across the group in accordance with ISO 45001 (Previously BS OHSAS 18001). This ensures we are continuing to meet or exceed all applicable legislation and striving for continual improvement.
The LFF Group is committed to the prevention of pollution and the minimisation of the impact of its activities on the environment. Group environmental management systems have been developed and implemented in accordance with ISO 14001 in order to ensure we comply with or exceed all applicable legislation and, at the same time, provides a framework for monitoring and improving our systems to reduce our impact on the environment.
